A well established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent or Senior Superintendent to lead on site construction operations across multiple projects. This role is responsible for field execution safety quality schedule and coordination of all subcontractors and site personnel.

Superintendent or Senior Superintendent What You Will Do

Provide full on site supervision and coordination of commercial construction projects
Plan schedule and direct daily field activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Develop and enforce site logistics plans safety programs and quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors vendors inspections and material deliveries
Lead preconstruction meetings coordination meetings and daily huddles
Maintain daily reports schedules payroll quantity tracking and site documentation
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety requirements and company policies
Coordinate inspections punch lists and project closeout activities
Review drawings submittals shop drawings and contract documents
Assist with progress reporting payment applications and cost tracking
Mentor field staff and support team development
Maintain strong relationships with clients subcontractors and vendors

Superintendent or Senior Superintendent What You Bring

Minimum five years experience as a commercial construction superintendent
Senior level candidates typically bring seven to ten plus years of experience
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing means and methods
OSHA Ten Hour certification required
Current First Aid and CPR certifications
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities simultaneously
Proficiency with scheduling tools and basic computer applications
Strong leadership communication and problem solving skills
