Fractional Marketing Leader (Wellness/E-Commerce)

A long-established consumer wellness organization specializing in infrared products is seeking a fractional Marketing Leader to guide brand positioning, messaging strategy, and cross-channel engagement. This role offers the chance to shape a trusted brand’s narrative and elevate its impact at a pivotal stage of growth. Collaborate with leadership and diverse teams to unify communications, refine audience segmentation, and develop market initiatives that drive results.

Fractional Marketing Leader Benefits & Compensation

  • Part-time contract: 90 days (initial term)
  • 15–20 hours/week commitment
  • Competitive compensation: ~$10,000/month

Fractional Marketing Leader Requirements & Qualifications

  • 7+ years in brand leadership, marketing strategy, or marketing communications
  • Proven experience translating business objectives into cohesive marketing direction
  • Hands-on ability in content creation, messaging, and guiding campaigns across multiple channels
  • Skilled in agency, creative, and internal team collaboration

Fractional Marketing Leader Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in consumer wellness, health, lifestyle, or related product markets
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C strategies
  • Track record of supporting influencer and affiliate initiatives
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution drive

Fractional Marketing Leader Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Refine and evolve brand voice and positioning rooted in wellness and innovation
  • Develop consistent messaging for website, email, paid media, product, and social content
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to sharpen value proposition and audience segmentation
  • Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns, working closely with agencies, creatives, and partners
  • Identify and engage influencer and affiliate partners to expand awareness and credibility
  • Set KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and optimize based on real-time data and feedback
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for current and multi-year marketing efforts
