Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on full-service or upscale casual dining
Track record of team development and positive leadership
Proven experience within a high-energy hospitality concept
Strong financial acumen, including managing revenue of $4M+
Upbeat, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for hospitality

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Hands-on beverage knowledge and inventory management experience
Background in elevated, guest-focused restaurants
Desire to grow with a forward-thinking company

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a positive, hospitable team environment
Champion exceptional guest satisfaction at all times
Oversee beverage inventory and uphold standards for quality and presentation

Collaborate on financial controls to ensure sustainable success
Contribute hands-on leadership to daily restaurant operations
