Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on full-service or upscale casual dining
  • Track record of team development and positive leadership
  • Proven experience within a high-energy hospitality concept
  • Strong financial acumen, including managing revenue of $4M+
  • Upbeat, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for hospitality

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Hands-on beverage knowledge and inventory management experience
  • Background in elevated, guest-focused restaurants
