What We’re Looking For/Requirements:
– Proven sales experience (home improvement, cabinetry, or interior design a plus)
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
– Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through from lead to close
– Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to understand each client’s storage challenges and design goals
– Present tailored design options, materials, and finishes that align with the client’s needs and budget
– Partner with the installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly and exceed expectations
– Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
– Track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records in CRM
– Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
– Actively build and nurture your own network of prospective clients through local outreach, referrals, and community engagement to drive new business
