Structural Engineer, P.E.

New Construction & Forensic Structural Engineering

We are seeking a licensed Structural Engineer, P.E., to support a growing practice focused on new-build structural design and forensic structural investigations. This role offers long-term career growth, employee stock participation, and a defined path to future ownership.

Responsibilities:

Design and engineer structural systems for new construction projects
Prepare and seal structural calculations and construction documents
Perform forensic structural inspections, failure analysis, and damage assessments
Develop technical reports and repair recommendations
Collaborate with architects, contractors, owners, insurers, and legal teams
Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical standards

Qualifications:

Active P.E. license with structural engineering experience
Background in structural design for residential, commercial, medical, municipal, and government
Forensic experience a plus
Strong knowledge of building codes and structural systems
Excellent communication and analytical skills
