We’re seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our fire sprinkler team. This role is essential in keeping projects on track and ensuring seamless communication across all parties involved.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate daily activities with project managers, subcontractors, technicians, and inspectors
Communicate with city officials for permits, inspections, and project requirements
Assist with scheduling, documentation, material tracking, and project timelines
Maintain accurate records, update project statuses, and support field and office teams
Help ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to closeout

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in construction, fire protection, or a similar industry is a plus
A proactive, detail-oriented team player
