Senior Project Manager – Electrical Construction (Mission Critical)

Dallas, TX | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 Competitive pay + bonus + benefits

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects in the mission-critical and healthcare sectors — including data centers, hospitals, and complex infrastructure builds.

You’ll manage every aspect of project delivery from preconstruction through close out, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and financial goals are achieved.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee budgets, schedules, and project financials
Lead coordination across estimating, VDC/BIM, prefab, and field teams
Manage subcontractors, change orders, and scope execution
Build strong relationships with clients and project partners
Ensure safety, quality, and company standards are maintained
Mentor and develop project engineers and support staff

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience in electrical construction project management
Proven success on mission critical (data center, hospital, or similar) projects
Experience managing electrical scopes of $10M+
Strong understanding of electrical systems and design-build delivery
Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and Smartsheet
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering preferred
