Construction Estimator Qualifications

Local in the Orlando market for this in-office role
5+ years experience in an Estimator role for shell construction (slab, block, roofing and siding)
Experience with commercial and residential projects
Analytical, detail oriented, critical-thinking, communication and time-management skills
Knowledge of calculation programs and databases
Knowledge of industry and materials used in the industry
Thorough understanding with PlanSwift or similar programs
