Automation Controls Engineer Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering field (preferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell)
Proven background in factory automation, servo systems, and robotic integration
Experience configuring and tuning VFDs, servos, and motion control components
Ability to write, modify, and optimize PLC, HMI, and robotic code for new and existing systems
Experience implementing and troubleshooting machine vision applications
Must pass a background check and drug screen
U.S. citizenship required

Automation Controls Engineer Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience with robotic systems such as Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA
Familiarity with PC-based control systems and industrial communication networks
Exposure to data acquisition, SCADA, or MES systems
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Experience supporting machine installations, testing, and validations in manufacturing environments
