This is not a receptionist role.
It’s a hospitality-forward, brand-facing concierge position for a premier law firm where polish, presence, and emotional intelligence matter just as much as administrative skill.
Role Purpose
The Concierge is the first and last impression of the firm. This person sets the tone for every client, guest, and vendor who walks through the door.
Think: high-end hotel front desk meets executive law office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Manage front desk flow, visitor check-in, and client waiting experience
- Answer and route calls with poise and discretion
- Coordinate conference rooms, refreshments, and meeting readiness
- Maintain a pristine, elevated front-office environment
- Partner seamlessly with attorneys, paralegals, and leadership
- Handle sensitive interactions with confidentiality and tact
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Impeccably polished and well-presented (business professional attire)
- Natural host/hostess energy — calm, warm, unflappable
- Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- Experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, executive offices, or client-facing professional services
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working with high-net-worth and professional clientele
