Are you ready for the next step in your career? If you have a genuine passion for hospitality sales, we are seeking a Hotel General Manager like YOU to lead our team in executing the highest level of guest service for two of our amazing Marriott properties!

 

Hotel General Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Service Hotel General Manager
  • Experience in hotel sales or leading an in-house/on-site sales team
  • Operations experience with Marriott
  • Passionate about team and guest satisfaction

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations – not limited to front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering.
  • Lead and develop the team with integrity to ensure brand standards are achieved consistently.
  • Maintain a memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Implement best practices that elevate guest satisfaction and foster a culture
  • Prepare budgets, forecast revenue and partner on marketing initiatives to achieve goals.
  • Conduct regular property audits, inspections and evaluations.

Hotel General Manager Benefits:

  • Excellent base pay -$140,000. – $160,000.00
