Private Country Club in Georgia is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our award-winning restaurant team. This is a full-time year-round position.

Restaurant Manager Duties:

Develop creative ideas to elevate and sustain guest satisfaction
Support recruiting, training, staff retention, and development initiatives
Write staff schedules based on forecasted business levels
Work cohesively with both FOH and BOH ensuring consistency of quality and service

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

Servant-leader mentality
3-5 years of food and beverage managerial experience
Superior guest service, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to team development
Proven ability to manage food, labor, and other operating costs, hire, train and retain staff
