  • Maintain employee records, administrative files, and personnel documentation
  • Support basic HR administration including timekeeping, attendance tracking, and policy adherence
  • Assist leadership with administrative aspects of performance management and staffing needs

Vendor & Facilities Management

  • Manage all vendor relationships including office services, IT providers, facilities, and professional vendors
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, renewals, and service agreements
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, technology coordination, and facility needs
  • Monitor vendor performance, costs, and service levels

Financial & Billing Administration

  • Coordinate with external accountants or bookkeepers as needed
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Maintain organized filing systems and records management practices
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across administrative functions
  • Support audits, reviews, and special administrative projects

Leadership Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to firm leadership and attorneys
  • Supervise administrative or support staff, including task delegation and training
  • Anticipate operational needs and proactively address issues before they escalate

Ideal Candidate Profile
