Vice President of Sales

Location: Milwaukee, WI

National Commercial Landscape Company

We are seeking a proven Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth for a national commercial landscaping organization. This executive will develop and execute sales strategy, lead multi-market sales teams, and drive new business across local, regional, and national accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Drive national sales strategy and revenue growth
Lead and scale regional and local sales teams
Grow new business and manage key commercial accounts
Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM performance
Partner with Operations and Marketing to ensure successful execution

Qualifications

10+ years of sales leadership experience in commercial services
Proven success leading multi-market or national sales teams
Strong background in new business development and enterprise accounts
Experience in commercial landscaping or facilities services preferred
Willingness to travel nationally
