Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
Responsible for training and development of all FOH team members.
Orchestrate both on-site and off-campus charity and grassroots events and model being a good neighbor.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

One to two years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
Familiarity with high volume sales in excess of $3 million annually
Knowledge and passion for craft beer and cocktails
Exceptional multi-tasking abilities

Restaurant Manager Benefits

Bonus potential paid out monthly
2 weeks of PTO plus closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas

Base salary of $65-$73K based on experience
