General Manager – Bilingual (English/Spanish) – High-Volume, 24-Hour Fast Food Restaurant

Job Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment
Manage daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and product quality
Drive sales and profitability through smart business decisions and team engagement
Oversee labor, inventory, and food cost controls
Create a positive, high-energy culture where employees feel valued and guests feel welcomed
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with all operational procedures

Job Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
3+ years of GM experience, preferably in high-volume or 24-hour operations
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
Passion for developing people and fostering an inclusive team culture
