Step away from the treadmill of volume-driven healthcare. We’re seeking a Medical Assistant trained in Primary Care or Family Medicine to join a concierge-style clinical practice serving a high-end corporate population. This is an opportunity to work in an environment that prioritizes true relationship-based care.

Medical Assistant Compensation & Benefits:

  • No weekends, no holidays, no on-call work
  • Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday only
  • Low patient volume, high quality

Medical Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Medical Assistant diploma/certificate from an accredited program preferred
  • Experience working in primary care
  • Phlebotomy experience required
  • Ability to prepare and assist with IV therapy required
  • Experience performing patient intake: vital signs, history, and charting

Medical Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient intake — gathering medical history, medications/allergies, and chief complaints
  • Take vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature) and prepare patients for exams or procedures
  • Support physicians with prep, medication administration, injections, and basic care within scope
  • Use EHR systems to document patient information and medical records accurately
  • Handle administrative tasks: scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and providing patient education
  • Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
  • Use BLS skills to assist in emergencies, and provide front-desk/reception coverage when needed
