ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN NEEDED IN DC

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, membership-based veterinary care organization built to deliver exceptional medicine in a sustainable, clinician-first environment and are seeking Veterinarians. This practice model prioritizes quality over volume, combining longer appointment times, transparent pricing, and a hospitality-driven approach to care.

Veterinarians here are supported with 30–60 minute appointments, dedicated administrative time, and a strong doctor-to-support-staff ratio, allowing you to practice high-quality, Fear Free medicine without burnout. Accredited hospitals and continued regional expansion make this an ideal opportunity for doctors seeking long-term growth and stability.

ASSOCIATE VETERINARIANS BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

Base salary: $150,000–$185,000
12–25% performance bonus potential

ASSOCIATE VETERINARIANS REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
Active DC veterinary license or ability to obtain
4+ years small animal general practice experience
Strong communication and client service skills
Commitment to ethical, Fear Free, high-quality medicine
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Professional, positive, and solution-focused approach

ASSOCIATE VETERINARIANS DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide high-quality medical care and exceptional client experiences
Diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions
Perform routine surgeries and dental procedures
Deliver preventive care, vaccinations, and client education
Maintain accurate digital medical records and communication
Partner closely with veterinary nurses and support staff
Practice medicine with extended appointments and protected admin time
