ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN NEEDED IN DC

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, membership-based veterinary care organization built to deliver exceptional medicine in a sustainable, clinician-first environment and are seeking Veterinarians. Veterinarians here are supported with 30–60 minute appointments, dedicated administrative time, and a strong doctor-to-support-staff ratio, allowing you to practice high-quality, Fear Free medicine without burnout. Accredited hospitals and continued regional expansion make this an ideal opportunity for doctors seeking long-term growth and stability.

ASSOCIATE VETERINARIANS BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

ASSOCIATE VETERINARIANS REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
  • Active DC veterinary license or ability to obtain
  • 4+ years small animal general practice experience
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Commitment to ethical, Fear Free, high-quality medicine
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset

ASSOCIATE VETERINARIANS DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-quality medical care and exceptional client experiences
  • Diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions
  • Perform routine surgeries and dental procedures
  • Deliver preventive care, vaccinations, and client education
  • Maintain accurate digital medical records and communication
  • Partner closely with veterinary nurses and support staff
  • Practice medicine with extended appointments and protected admin time
