A fast-scaling, independent commercial insurance brokerage in the Greater Houston Area is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager (or strong CSR ready for the next step) to join its growing team. The firm specializes in mid-to-large commercial accounts and is in expansion mode — creating an opportunity for the right person to step into a full Account Manager / service lead role within 12 months.

What You’ll Do
- Support Producers on Commercial Lines mid–large market accounts
- Handle servicing and execution items such as:
- COIs, endorsements, ACORD forms, SOVs, online quoting portals
- Renewal paperwork and submission preparation
- Reviewing client deliverables and attachments for accuracy
- Communicate with carriers and wholesale brokers regarding submissions and renewals
- Maintain organized documentation and service calendars to support retention
Who Will Be Successful in This Role
You don’t need 10+ years — 1 year+ of Commercial Lines servicing experience is enough if you’re sharp, motivated, and detail-oriented.
Must-haves
- 1+ years in Commercial Lines (CSR or Account Manager)
- Experience with COIs, endorsements, and ACORD forms
- Strong attention to detail — no sloppy client deliverables
- Comfortable communicating with insureds, carriers, and wholesalers
- Texas General Lines – Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Commercial Real Estate accounts
- Experience with NowCerts or Applied Epic (not required — training available)
Schedule & Benefits
- Location: Spring, TX (full on-site)
- Hybrid: 1 day per week WFH optional
- Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 base
- Benefits: Full benefits (available starting in June)
