General Manager – Fast Casual Restaurant

We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant, oversee daily operations, and create an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong team builder with solid operational and financial leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, including assistant managers
• Foster a positive, stable work environment that supports retention
• Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent guest satisfaction
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and overall P&L performance
• Make informed decisions that align with business goals
• Delegate effectively and coach team members for growth
• Maintain strong communication and professional feedback practices
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and composure under pressure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience with financial accountability
• Strong leadership and team-development abilities
• Solid understanding of operations, service standards, and cost management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a typical restaurant environment.
