We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Float Pool) for a well-established, growing company. This opportunity requires relocation to Gillette, Wyoming. The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse (Float Pool) position will be responsible for clinical coverage and support while maintaining excellent standards of care, clinical competence, and teamwork by rotating among departments such as family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, and specialty clinics.

Registered Nurse (Float Pool) Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN)

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wyoming

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications preferred

• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience in an outpatient or acute care setting

• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform clinical procedures safely and accurately

• Provide patient and family education on disease processes, medications, and post-care instructions

• Float between assigned departments based on staffing needs and competencies

Registered Nurse (Float Pool) Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $75K – $90K, based on experience
