Cafe Service Specialist

Cafe Service Specialist Benefits & Compensation

Competitive hourly wage of $18–$20.
Full-time position with 40 hours/week.

Cafe Service Specialist Requirements & Qualifications

Bubbly and personable personality suitable for front-of-house interactions.
Appropriate appearance to fit the company culture, especially when interacting with senior leadership.
Barista experience preferred.
Degree not required, but a plus.
Agency must conduct virtual or in-person interviews to confirm culture fit.

Cafe Service Specialist Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Perform barista duties, including serving breakfast and lunch.
Restock grab-and-go items and assist with customer checkouts.
Help set up for catered lunches and customer tours.
Open the café for breakfast service or close at 4 PM, depending on the shift.
