Golf Professional – Requirements & Qualifications

PGA Class A Professional (or equivalent)
Must be a scratch golfer
Experience in luxury or championship-level golf environments
Strong background in player instruction and golf simulator technologies

Must Haves

Lead private lessons, clinics, and year-round instructional programs
Manage and enhance golf simulator experiences and virtual training tools
Support multi-course daily operations with Forbes-level service standards
Assist with tournaments, VIP events, and corporate golf programming

Golf Professional – Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with PGA-caliber or Pete Dye–designed courses
Familiarity with TrackMan, Foresight, Toptracer, or similar systems
Ability to create junior, family, or specialty golf programs
Background in luxury resort or high-touch hospitality operations
