Join a fast-growing organization that helps employers navigate immigration and workforce solutions. We are seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM), to work in Austin, Texas. Ensuring long-term client satisfaction, retention, and growth while serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

Client Success Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of client success, account management, or related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding, retention, and client engagement programs
• Background in client success management in the protein/meat packing industry or adjacent to it
• Experience developing structured client referral initiatives (NPS-based, preferred)
• Self-awareness, humility, and strong attention to detail
• Willing to live and work in Austin, Texas
Client Success Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
• Prior experience in legal services, workforce solutions, or professional services environments
• Knowledge of immigration visa programs (H-2, TN, EB-3, H-1B, J-1)
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships while identifying growth opportunities
• Experience leading client onboarding processes and configuring CRM portals
• Background in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams
• Ability to analyze client satisfaction metrics and proactively address risk of churn
