Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities

• Design and optimize mechanical systems for a high-performance road vehicle
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to develop integrated solutions
• Use CAD tools to create detailed models, assemblies, and design iterations
• Support testing, validation, and refinement of mechanical components
• Contribute to ground-up system development with strong ownership of assigned hardware
• Identify engineering challenges and develop creative, practical solutions
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input across the vehicle program

Mechanical Engineer Qualifications

• 1–3 years of mechanical or aerospace engineering experience
• Proven success in engineering-related projects involving complex systems
• Proficiency with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving ability with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in engineering solutions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly technical startup environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
