Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

A base salary of $50-$53K plus additional quarterly bonuses

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

2–3 years of restaurant General Manager experience
Ability to lead our store in all operations, financials, and in mentoring a team
Possess a great leadership personality, and have the ability to motivate a team
Treat all employees with dignity and respect

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate staff
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Lead with the highest standards
