We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to drive weekend business, elevate team performance, and cultivate strong relationships within our local community.

Hotel General Manager Requirements

3+ years of progressive experience as a Hotel General Manager
Passion for team engagement, retention, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Proactive problem-solver with strong leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of financials, labor management, and guest satisfaction metrics, with a proven ability to grow revenue

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities

Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales, and engineering
Lead, train, and develop the team with integrity while upholding brand standards
Ensure a memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out
Implement best practices that enhance guest satisfaction and build a high-performance culture
Build and maintain community relationships to capture group business, sports teams, and local bookings
