Relocation to St. Louis, MO is required.
Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support teams across multiple outlets to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Oversee event sales and event operations
- Build a positive culture rooted in respect, communication, and teamwork
- Partner with managers to manage costs, meet financial targets, and maintain operational excellence
- Maintain and elevate standards for food quality, sanitation, service, and brand consistency
Food & Beverage Director Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-outlet F&B management
- Strong tenure demonstrating stability and growth in previous roles
- High-energy, positive leader who excels during high-volume periods
- Detail-oriented and hands-on approach to daily operations
- Proven experience driving event sales and managing corporate/social event execution
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, aligned with seasonal business demands
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all departments
