Inside Sales Representative – Industrial & Welding Supply (Springdale, AR)

Full-Time | Customer Service + Counter Sales | Industrial Products

A well-established supplier of industrial gases, specialty gases, medical gases, welding equipment, and related industrial products is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for their Springdale, AR location. This position combines customer service, counter sales, and product support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist walk-in and phone customers with product selection, pricing, and application guidance
  • Provide friendly, accurate customer service while supporting daily counter sales operations
  • Keep the store stocked, organized, and ready for customers by monitoring inventory levels
  • Troubleshoot returns, credit requests, and product concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Handle products and materials, including occasional lifting up to 100 lbs
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor conditions as needed for customer support or product handling

What You Need

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
  • Comfort working in a high-activity retail/industrial environment
  • Problem-solving ability for handling returns, credit issues, and product concerns
  • Ability to work in varied weather conditions and business environments
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs
  • Experience in industrial supply, welding supply, or similar technical sales is a plus
