Sous Chef Responsibilities

Exceed the expectations of every guest every time – we focus on the quality of service and of our team
Train, coach, and direct the kitchen team to be the best
Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable and thoroughly training and supporting them
Assist the KM and EC when necessary
Manage high standards of service each shift

Sous Chef Qualifications

Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a leader in the kitchen
Strong leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, uphold restaurant standards, clear and direct communicator
A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
Passionate about being the best and developing those around you
