Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury – Houston, TX
Join a prominent, national plaintiff-side law firm with a strong presence throughout the Central and Southeastern U.S. This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to become part of a growing team in Houston, TX. The firm has successfully recovered over $1 billion for clients nationwide and is recognized as one of the leading mid-market trial practices in the country.

Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Active member of the Texas Bar, in good standing.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Litigation Attorney Preferred Background & Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Litigation Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation from case inception through trial.
- Meet with clients to discuss their cases, build trust, and provide regular updates.
- Evaluate claims, prepare demands, and negotiate with insurance carriers.
- Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in court and at trial when necessary.
