Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive hourly compensation @ $20-$22 per hour

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in restaurants or hospitality, ideally within fast casual dining

• Experience supporting daily operations, including inventory oversight, shift management, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Must be able to work weekends and nights

• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members while helping manage labor and maintain service excellence

• Skilled at resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally, using real-time feedback to elevate the guest experience

• Proficient with POS systems, basic reporting, and day-to-day operational decision-making

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Previous experience in a fast casual concept serving burgers and fries

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills that contribute to a positive, collaborative culture
