Join Our Team as a Chef de Cuisine!

Our upscale dinner-only restaurant is open just five nights a week, offering a fantastic work-life balance with Sundays and Mondays off. This is your opportunity to shine in an environment that values quality, teamwork, and creativity.

This position will lead to an Executive Chef role as the company opens up a new location in 8 months.

About the Role

As our Chef de Cuisine, you will:

  • Lead, hire, and inspire a skilled culinary team.

  • Ensure every dish exceeds guest expectations with impeccable execution.
  • Uphold our commitment to quality and consistency while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a Chef de Cuisine who:

  • Brings at least 5 years of solid high-volume experience.
  • Is passionate about food quality and presentation as top priorities.
  • Excels at mentoring and developing team members.
  • Has a proven track record of achieving financial success.
  • Embodies integrity, guest-focused service, and professionalism.
