Inside Sales Manager – Winston-Salem, NC

Inside Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of inside sales management experience preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Hyperscale/data center sales preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; CRM or ERP experience desired.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Inside Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience with integrated supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with optical networks and related products.

Inside Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
  • Utilize reporting tools to track and analyze team performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Identify upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Some travel and customer faing meetings
  • Coach and motivate team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Marketing to follow up on active leads and improve brand awareness.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and implement recognition programs to reward team achievements.
