Territory Sales Manager – Raleigh

Territory Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary ($100,000 – $150,000 based on experience) with uncapped commission earning potential

Territory Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B JANITORIAL sales experience
  • Sales experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning services is REQUIRED, preferably from a larger company
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service-based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting walkthroughs, closing deals, and supporting client relationships

Territory Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Previous exposure to startup or high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change successfully
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
