  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve firm-wide financial transparency.
  • Drive change management across the department and implement best practices for a professional services environment.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proven success leading through change, modernizing systems, and mentoring teams.
  • Hands-on approach with strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct or other ERP systems (a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in an onsite, collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $150K – $200K (depending on experience).
  • Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus (typically equal to one month’s salary, can be higher).

    • 401(k) with 3% company match.
    • 15 days PTO.
  • Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • The firm’s partners are deeply committed to empowering the new Controller with full decision-making authority to restructure and strengthen the department.
  • You’ll be part of a mission-driven organization that values compassion, integrity, and excellence.
