Supply Chain Systems Implementation Manager Benefits:

Base salary: $60,000–$80,000

Supply Chain Systems Implementation Manager Requirements:

5+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or operations management within a manufacturing environment
Proven success leading or playing a key role in a full ERP implementation
Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles
Hands-on ERP experience managing BOMs, Item Masters, production scheduling, and inventory control
Skilled in supplier negotiation, cost reduction, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support on-time production
Adept at driving process standardization, KPI tracking, and data accuracy during system transitions
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead change and influence buy-in across departments

Supply Chain Systems Implementation Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Green Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma
Prior Syspro or Epicor ERP experience
Experience implementing SOPs and process documentation in a manufacturing setting
Background in mechanical or industrial equipment production
Proven ability to lead change initiatives and improve operational efficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business, or related field
