General Manager Opportunity – High-Volume, Scratch-Kitchen Concept

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
Attainable Bonus Program

Requirements & Must Haves

2–3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant and full bar environment
Strong background in managing bar programs and bartenders in lively, nightlife-driven settings
Advanced LBW knowledge (beer, wine, elevated cocktails) with experience leading elite bar teams
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using multiple systems
Hands-on leader who manages with accountability, respect, and presence on the floor
Highly detail-oriented, focused on consistency, standards, and guest experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant and bar operations in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Recruit, train, and inspire strong FOH, BOH, and Bar Teams
Maintain operational excellence through consistency in service, systems, and execution
Strategically drive sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
