General Manager Opportunity – High-Volume, Scratch-Kitchen Concept

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

Requirements & Must Haves

  • 2–3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant and full bar environment
  • Strong background in managing bar programs and bartenders in lively, nightlife-driven settings
  • Advanced LBW knowledge (beer, wine, elevated cocktails) with experience leading elite bar teams
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using multiple systems
  • Hands-on leader who manages with accountability, respect, and presence on the floor
  • Highly detail-oriented, focused on consistency, standards, and guest experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant and bar operations in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • Recruit, train, and inspire strong FOH, BOH, and Bar Teams
  • Maintain operational excellence through consistency in service, systems, and execution
  • Strategically drive sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
