Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

1-5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
Strong hospitality mindset with excitement for the brand.
Proven leadership potential and ability to manage a team.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Ability to manage food, beverage, and labor costs while maintaining required standards.

Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
Provide engaging leadership that inspires and empowers the team.
Assist the General Manager with scheduling, inventories, training, and compliance.
Create a dynamic and positive work environment that accurately represents the brand.
Oversee facility and equipment to ensure they are in complete working order.
Ensure consistent, high-quality service standards through effective training and feedback.
Hire, train, and motivate staff to deliver first-class service.
Foster an encouraging atmosphere that promotes employee retention and growth.
