General Manager – Premium Eatertainment Concept (Darts • Pool • Skilled Card Games)

We’re looking for an inspiring General Manager to lead this premium eatertainment venue and deliver world-class experiences every single day.

This isn’t your typical restaurant GM role — it’s part fine-dining precision, part event energy, and part community builder.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all daily operations of a dynamic, high-volume venue that blends food, beverage, and interactive entertainment
  • Build and inspire a team culture rooted in hospitality, energy, and genuine connection
  • Ensure seamless service flow between dining, bar, and gaming areas
  • Partner with culinary, beverage, and events teams to elevate the guest journey
  • Manage financial performance, cost controls, and team development
  • Represent the brand with authenticity and enthusiasm — both in-house and in the community

Who You Are

  • A seasoned General Manager with 5+ years of leadership in upscale, high-volume or experiential hospitality environments
  • Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through food, service, and atmosphere
  • Skilled in driving revenue, managing $8M–$10M+ annual volume, and leading large teams
  • Energetic, polished, and people-focused — equally comfortable engaging with guests or strategizing with ownership
  • Excited by innovation, team culture, and building something truly special
