Requirements & Must Haves

2–3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant and full service bar environment
Experience managing a bar and bartenders in an environment with a lively nightlife
Experience with LBW and strong LBW knowledge, elevated cocktails, managing elite bartenders
Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using multiple systems
Hands on leader who manages with accountability and respect
Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and operational standards

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day restaurant and bar operations in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Build, train, and motivate a strong FOH, BOH, and Bar Team
Ensure consistency in service, execution, and systems
Drive sales growth while maintaining profitability and guest satisfaction
