Construction Division Manager – Professional Engineer

Our client, a respected civil engineering firm, is seeking a dynamic Professional Engineer (PE) to lead their Construction Division and drive the success of transportation and infrastructure projects across Utah.

As Construction Division Manager, you’ll oversee project delivery, mentor a talented team, and partner closely with UDOT and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant results. This is a unique opportunity to shape a growing statewide operation and make a lasting impact on Utah’s infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead project planning, budgets, schedules, and staffing.
  • Mentor and develop engineering and construction professionals.
  • Manage client relationships and represent the firm in proposals and negotiations.
  • Drive innovation through data-driven project management and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s a plus).
  • Utah PE license or reciprocity within 6 months.
  • 10+ years in heavy civil/transportation construction, including 5+ years in leadership.
  • Strong experience with UDOT projects and contract procedures.
