Are you an Occupational Therapist who finds purpose in helping others live with dignity, independence, and joy? An established, mission-driven healthcare organization in Gloucester, VA is seeking a compassionate and skilled OT to join its close-knit team in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions to promote mobility, safety, and independence.
Recommend adaptive equipment and provide training for daily living activities.
Collaborate with nurses, rehab professionals, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic outcomes.
Participate in care planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Occupational Therapist Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy.
Virginia OT License and NBCOT Certification (required or eligible).
CPR/BLS Certification (required).
1+ year of OT experience preferred—but new graduates with passion and professionalism are welcome!
