Position: Experienced Quality Control Lead – 2nd Shift

Compensation Range for Experienced 2nd Shift: $30/hr.-$36/hr. D.O.E

Quality Control Lead 2nd Shift Responsibilities & Requirements:

3+ years experience in quality control in a medical, aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing environment
Experience working with very small precision parts and tight tolerances
Perform dimensional and visual inspections using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
Strong documentation skills to track and record inspection data
Ability to interpret inspection plans, technical drawings, and blueprint schematics
Working knowledge of GD&T principles
Daily use of precision measuring instruments for high-tolerance parts
Execute defined inspection plans and quality protocols
Thrive in a high-demand, deadline-driven environment

Quality Control Lead – Preferred Background & Skills:

CMM experience highly preferred
Metallurgy knowledge: Understanding of metal properties, processing, and behavior under different conditions
Comfortable working with diverse personalities in a high-performance team
