We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber for a well-established, growing company located in Gillette, Wyoming. The ideal candidate for the Master Plumber role will be responsible for overseeing and performing complex plumbing tasks, including the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Master Plumber Qualifications and Responsibilities:
● 4+ years of experience as a Master Plumber
●Expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and appliances
● Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in water, gas, and waste systems
● Planning and overseeing plumbing projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
● Training, mentoring, and supervising apprentices, journeymen, and support staff
● Calculating materials, labor costs, and time requirements for projects
● Familiarity with bidding, contracts, and client negotiations
● Adherence to OSHA regulations and job site safety protocols
● Identifying potential hazards and taking preventive measures to avoid accidents
● Familiarity with plumbing software or modern tools for system design and diagnostics
Master Plumber Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range of $30 – $50 per hour, based on experience
