We are an amazing, full-service dining group seeking an experienced scratch kitchen Head Chef to join our team as we grow!

Head Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Training and development of kitchen staff
- Experience in high volume, upscale casual, all scratch kitchens
- Maintain food safety/sanitation standards
- Ensuring recipes are made to the highest standard
- Encouraging creativity and fun!
- Positive career tenure
- 4 plus years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Health and Safety – HACCP Knowledge is a must
- Understanding of budget management/financials
