We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Growth Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will architect and build scalable web applications, focusing on optimization features that drive user growth and engagement.

 

Full Stack Growth Developer Responsibilities:

 

·       Own site architecture, CMS, hosting, and performance (speed, mobile, UX).

·       Ensure security, manage plugins, and keep uptime/reliability tight.

·       Build & deploy landing pages, CRO changes, and implement SEO recommendations

(lots of technical SEO work to be done at outset).

·       Run A/B tests on site infrastructure elements in partnership with CRO Specialist.

·       Add/test trust signals, testimonials, and social proof.

·       Partner with CRO, SEO, and Marketing Ops to support growth experiments.

 

Full Stack Growth Developer Qualifications:

·       Five years or more of experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.

·       Strong understanding of web performance and optimization.

·       Solid grasp of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

 

Full Stack Growth Developer Benefits:

 

·       Base salary of $120to $140K commensurate with experience
