Premier commercial litigation law firm specializing in commercial debt collection is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team. This firm takes pride in providing their clients with exceptional legal services while maintaining a cohesive work environment that facilitates growth.

Mid-Senior Litigation Attorney Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of commercial / civil litigation experience, knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures
  • 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
  • Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology
  • Knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, Essential forms would be helpful 
  • Knowledge of bankruptcy law would be a bonus

Mid-Senior Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and skillfully draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Take ownership of cases from inception to resolution, including managing depositions, hearings and mediations
  • Collaborate seamlessly with partners and clients to develop and execute effective case strategies
  • Provide timely and strategic legal advice to clients
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
