We are currently looking for a Jr. Sous Chef who can assist our culinary team in daily operations!

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the culinary team on writing and developing protocols, SOPs, recipes, etc.
Assisting the Executive Chef with multiple locations, from scheduling to payroll to production lists
Work with different teams/shifts throughout the day to assist with quality control
Work with ownership on different projects and tasks as delegated

Qualifications:

At least 2+ yrs in the kitchen as a kitchen lead or Jr. Sous Chef
Knowledgeable on BOH operations: including ingredients, cooking techniques, and recipes
Flexible schedule: will work with different shifts, 24-hour commissary operations
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
